What materials do you use?

Every piece is thoughtfully crafted using materials chosen for both beauty and comfortable everyday wear. Depending on the design, our jewelry may feature natural stone beads, crystal beads, alloy charms, or hypoallergenic stainless steel wire.

Our earrings are made with hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver hooks, making them a wonderful choice for many people with sensitive ears. They're also intentionally lightweight and designed to be comfortable for extended wear, making them a great option for those with stretched ears or anyone who prefers earrings that won't feel heavy throughout the day.

Because we use so many natural stones, no two are exactly alike. Variations in color, pattern, and texture are a beautiful reminder that every keepsake is uniquely its own, just like every story that inspires it.


When will my relics arrive?

All orders will be shipped within 0-3 business days of purchase

After your order has been shipped, most packages arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your relics begin their journey, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow them every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of my control. If your package seems delayed or lost, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll gladly help you locate your order and work with the carrier whenever possible.


What if I need to make a Return or Exchange?

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused items in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact me with your order number. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or I made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me with photos of the item and packaging. I'll make it right as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.

Every relic is handmade with care. If there's ever an issue with your order, please reach out. I want your experience with Romantasy Relics to feel just as magical as the stories that inspired your piece, and I'll always do my best to make things right.
